Rowland S Howard was the former guitarist for Birthday Party and writer of `Shivers', which was made famous by The Screaming Jets cover in 2002. His music has been championed by Nick Zinner (Yeah Yeah Yeahs) Farris Badwen (The Horrors) Kevin Shields (My Bloody Valentine) and Ryan Jarman (The Cribs), amongst others. Rowland previously worked with Lydia Lunch, Thurston Moore, Wim Wanders, Barry Adamson, The Gun Club, Nikki Sudden and and his own outfit These Immortal Souls.
