"I first heard Robin & Linda Williams and their fine band live as lead-in to the great Don Williams. I became an immediate fan. This album is unquestionably their best so far. "Together all Alone" is one of the sweetest and most gentle songs of all time. It has the feel of a rocking chair - slow and languid and familiar. There are strong elements of gospel (eg High Atmosphere) as well as "dirt road" country-folk (The Cheapest Kind). My preference runs to sweet, shining harmonies, and I was not disappointed by Sugar for Sugar. Viva Robin and Linda and their fine, fine band."
