"I used to rely on drugs on a regular basis to go to sleep and stay asleep. After using this CD for a month I no longer struggle with going to sleep and I can put myself back to sleep if I wake up early, or I just want to relax and sleep in. Now, I usually fall asleep in the first five minutes. Even when I use different CDs, I still use some of the skills taught in this CD, signal breath and clearing my mind. I highly recommend this CD if you have trouble falling or staying asleep.

"Isn't amazing how sometimes the most effective remedies are also the most inexpensive and available!! I highly recommend this most wonderful CD. It is hard for me to imagine that there are people who are consistently taking all kinds of powerful medications when you can buy this CD. Roberta Shapiro seeems to have a majical "sleepy voice". It is quite hard to make it awake to the end of the CD!! In addition, she teaches a powerful relaxation technique called, "signal breathing" that I have found helpful even in my waking hours. Throw away your Ambien- This is where its at!"
