"This CD is for two kinds of Robert Palmer fans: Diehards and the Curious. It is a bargain and gives the diehards some hits and some songs off of his other CDs that you will recognize but were not on the radio. The curious fans will see how versitle Robert was with all the different kinds of music that he played. It has his only #1 song "Addicted to love" and #2 song "Simply Irresistible". After that there are some covers on this CD. His version of "Tell me I'm not dreaming" was out in the eighties but didnt hit big. It is his best song he ever recorded. It should have been pushed harder when it came out! There are a couple other songs on here that would not typically be on "Best of" or "Greatest hits" CDs that are also good. The casual fan might be inclined to go into Robert's music catalog and see where all this good music came from."
