CD Reviews

Some of the best electric rocking blues available
HANS D HARMS | runaway bay, QLD Australia | 01/19/2006
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I am an aussie and this CD swells my heart with pride. Move over GARY MOORE or for that matter any other electric blues guitarist, there is a new monster in town. This is up there with the very best in elctric blues. 14 originals and 3 covers. Not one dud track and some of the hottest licks played by anyone. 71 minutes of blues bliss that never lets up. Think a mix of TROWER and MOORE and you'd be close. TOGNONI is not a copy cat however and infuses all tunes with his own skills and tones. Buy it, you'll be so glad you did."
Outstanding!!!

"As has been true with each and every previous Tognoni recording, the latest one is no exception. It's simply fabulous. Rob Tognoni is an exceptional guitarist/vocalist/song writer. Sadly, for the most part he has been grossly overlooked in the States.

America, suck it up and part with the sixteen bucks and give him a try. Let's not let the Aussies and folks from Europe have all the fun. If you like rockin' blues guitar, you will LOVE Rob Tognoni. It's a shame Amazon does not have track samples available, but you can find these on Rob Tognoni's web site....simply his name dot com."
Watch out Dave Hole!!

"This Australian guitarist plays some of the best blues/rock I've heard in a long, long time!!!! Buy it, you won't be sorry."
