"This a neat CD. (How's that for eloquent?) Rita is a sweet soprano, so I can't sing along with her (much like another favourite Rickie Lee Jones) yet her music is just lovely. The folk songs are extremely interestingly arranged, with great accompanying chorus and band. The last track, Land of Erin, is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I have ever heard - a little reminiscent of Enya. This CD and the first have been close to my CD player for over six years and I never tire of them. All I want is for Rita to record and release another one."

"Both of Rita Connolly's albums are excellent. She presents an interesting style of music which sounds like a mixture of celtic, island, jazz, and in some ways country. All of her songs are ballads but are preformed in a variety of different styles. All are interesting to her and great to listen to. I would highly recomend both albums if you want to hear something a little different."
