I disagree, respectfully

(4 out of 5 stars)

"This song in itself catches the simple monotany of experiencing yet another heartbreak. I felt that her delivery along with the music catches the "it's over" feel but adds the twist needed to complete the overall objective of the song... "You got me. No denying that. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I should've known."

That tone is perfect and keeps it from becoming 'just another heartbreak' song. Simple lines like, "You look so dumb right now.." or "you're so ugly when you cry" may be simple and ineffective to some. But everyone is able to think back on a teary apology they've received in their life and connect with that image if even for a moment.

She does a phenominal job of singing about going through the motions. In the end through the love, the hurt, and the apology Rihanna shows that her current indifference if through 20/20 hindsight but during 'the show' she was really lost in the story.

A job well done."
