CD ReviewsSoooo relaxing, so dublicious R. Barnes | Philly | 04/05/2009 (5 out of 5 stars) "This is the instrumental version of Rhythm & Sound's "With the Artists" album. I prefer "See Mi Yah," both in terms of music and vocals, but "w/the artists" is still killer. One can hear the beginnings of Burial's sound on this album. The echo, the haunted, almost sinister vibe, the subtle tweaking of the auditory textures. What Burial did is slow down two-step rhythms and marry them to the template set down by Rhythm & Sound on this and similar releases. I am not trying to diss Burial in anyway, however. I am just pointing out connections. Very relaxing, very dubtastic, and an influential album."
