"It's too bad that music like this doesn't get the recognition it deserves , but I guess when you want real quality stuff, you gotta search really hard for it. When I saw the comparisons Amazon made to their "Customers who like this album also bought..." and I saw the likes of Prince and Tamar Davis, I had to give this a listen. I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised. This has a nice blend of jazz and funk. And the thumping bass guitar effect I hear on the more funkier cuts is off the hook. It's kinda got a Meshell N De Ge Ochello feel to it (I know I didn't spell her name correctly but I thought I'd give it a try :~)) . Problem is I had a hard time finding this and Tamar Davis cd in stores. But push came to shove,and I just ordered it from Amazon. This is a good listen and I recommend it. Well worth the price of admission. Peace and love"

"She's back, what a great recording!! Usually when an artist has a great debut album, the next one is usually a dub. However Rhonda has broken that mode with this release. I'm happy listening to music once again!!!"

"OH MY GOODNESS!! All who have a passion for music this is a must have. Wonderful album!! Mixes all genres of music. She makes love to the bass. (Marcus Miller who?)Rhonda Smith must have birthed the Bass she plays because she owns it. You also hear major Prince influence in her music. A great CD to add to your Jazz, Soul, Rock, Funk, collection!"
