"From what I have read about this album on this web site I can plainly see alot of people do not like this band. And I will also give them credit as well because there opinion matters. But I must say one thing........the lead singers voice is pretty freaking cool. I wish I could make sounds like that. The band "Regurgitate" form sometime in the early 90's and made a CD in like 1995 (I think). Then they went silent for 5 years and this came out. Now I loved this album because of all the weird sounds and noises this guy spits out at you. The music on the other hand is kind of like putting your head in a lawnmower and keeping it there for hours on end. Yep....the music is not that talented. I did notice the songs started out bad...then got real good...then died back to nothing. So many people are wondering about this album....is it worth it? Well in my opinion yes an no. The reason for yes is if you want a laugh or just something different and original then buy this album right now. The reason for no is...the music is not very good...fast and powerful but not very talented...and the vocals might make you want to....you know....hurl or even...regurgitate.9 stars out of 10 starsAlso check out:Sikf*k: Gore Delicious

"If you enjoy extreme metal (including gore metal), then you'll probably like this. Gory vocals with a pretty fast basso continuo."

"Regurgitate are by far one of the sickest bands on this label. They are worthy of checking out.Ultra Fast riffs, and supreme blast beats. Vomit Drenched vocals. The vocalist on one song literally sounds like he is gurgling on vomit, trying to cough it up but can't. Very sick and not for someone with a queasy stomach. If you like your music of a sick and violent nature then this cd is for you."
Classic Goregrind Album

"If you're a fan of goregrind, it's probably a love for grindcore coupled with an inexplicable taste for pitchshifted vocals, at least that's the case for me. I can't explain what it is about pitchshifted vocals that I enjoy, but when they're done right I absolutely love them, and regurgitate has them spot on. They play an old style grindcore with fast tempos and catchy riffs, and throw a new style of vocals and some very able drumming skills on top to create the sort of album goregrind fans will be all about. If you're just getting into goregrind and can't get enough, this is a good album for you, and one that all fans of the genre should add to their collection. Other bands I strongly reccommend in the genre are Last Days of Humanity, General Surgery, Dead Infection and a little known band by the name of Maggut who plays a very similar style. Regardless of the criticism against goregrind in general, it's a primitive and fun genre which pays tribute to the originators of the genre while adding a new twist. It's not something to be taken seriously, but it's certainly enjoyable, and this album captures that feeling throughout it's entire listening experience."
Excellent but not their best

"CARNIVOROUS ERECTION is quite good; the cover art by Wes Benscoter is beyond sick, and the music is ferocious and never
lets up. My only complaint is the vocals. There's one moment
where they go completely over the top-"Ruptured Remains In
A Doggybag," where Rikard goes from a growl to this incredibly
gross gurgle-and I wish he would have done that more often.
Other than that it's solid, raw goregrind..."
