Second to None!

"This is a very good CD of the Coldstreamers done a few years back when under the direction of Roger Swift. The sound quality is good, if a little flat at times, but this takes nothing away from the band itself. A nice selection of marches are offered, mostly Guards and regimental, alonq with standard fare played by most Guards bands in London and about. Those wanting a good CD of marches played by the Coldstream Guards certainly can't go wrong here. It is surprising that this CD is still in print since it is not a recent recording. Grab it while you can. The second volume in this series of European and US marches is also worthwhile."

"This Cd is really great. It offers a lot of great british marches and the band itself is great and does a really nice job. This is one of the best Cds of marches out there and I would recommend it to everyone who loves great marches and great music. This Cd deserves the 5 stars and maybe even more."
