A great little garage album

"The album begins with a crushing power chord followed by happy, moog heavy, pop that lasts the rest of the album. Reggie and friends sing moving tales of girlfriends lost and girlfriends running away and more girlfriends running away - are they thumbing their noses at pop conventions or revelling in them? At any rate, it's hard not to like this album. I even enjoy the numerous ridiculous interludes.
If you take this album too seriously, you might not like it. But if you enjoy it for what it is, two guys in a garage goofing around with a moog synthesizer and a guitar, it will win you over with it's disarmingly peppy poppy nonsense."
