"A stunning re-release (complete) of Lefevre's 1969 LP featuring Que Je T'Aime and the Je T'Aime Moi Non Plus, as well as a majestic rendition of the harmonica-filled main theme from Morricone's Once Upon a Time in the West. Je T'Aime Moi Non Plus is done in superb romantic style here, even sensual in parts, retaining the Gainsbourg-style of guitar rhythms, but supplemented by a persuasive flute. Better than the original I might say! The other re-release is Lefevre's album No.12 featuring Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head, Concerto pur Une Voix and some delicate Japanese melodies to round off a satisfying encounter with this EZ lounge orchestra. CD remastering is 20Bit K2 technology which makes it a listening wonder by itself despite its price!"
