"A mix of cool folk, country, blues. Tasteful musicians. Ranging from upbeat tempos and lyrics to simple but extremely poignant ballads. I can play this one 10 times in a row and want to hear it again right away."
This is my new favorite cd .....great music

So Good, It's Disgusting!

"This is a CD that I bought amidst a bevy of used discs and what a wallop it packs! The title track alone is worth the price of the disc. It's currently perched at #2 in my personal top ten (behind Van Morrison's "Evening In June") and it won't take much more than a gust of wind to blow this one into my top spot. Colin Linden who is one of Canada's unsung treasures produces this disc. The title track snakes at a midtempo pace and sounds like Dylan with the Band, "I heard some advice, I can't recall when, Never hold on too tight to a gust of wind." My other favorite on the disc is the slow and soulful "Oh, It's You" with Richard Bell on the B3 organ as the singer tries to pretend he's over a broken relationship. Bluegrass legend Tim O'Brien guests on mandolin on "Canary Yellow Car." Bonneville explores a kind of blues/pop hybrid. This is an excellent disc from this Canadian come to the U.S. Enjoy!"
