(5 out of 5 stars)

"You say you're a Pulp fan and you don't have Intro? Shame on you! For those not in the know, this features all the band's Gift singles and b-sides. While Babies and (in America) Razzmatazz can already be found on His'n'Hers, the other seven tracks--quite unavailable elsewhere--make this a necessary purchase. O.U. (Gone, Gone) perfectly illustrates the transition of musical styles between Separations and His'n'Hers, and is an excellent song to boot. Sheffield: Sex City is at least as good, featuring some wonderfully surreal lyrics. Space is just kinda weird, and Styloroc (Nites of Suburbia) is good but not great, but then there's the "Inside Susan trilogy," three songs--all excellent--which describe a woman's life from teenhood to middle age. Quite poignant. This is quite a great album, better in many ways than His'n'Hers. You really do need it."
