I tried some albuns of McCoy Tyner and Joshua Redman, but only when I heard Pops Mohamed "Ancestral Healing" I knew that that was what I would take with me. He is an South African musician who plays many interesting sounding african instruments and in most part of the CD there are two very nice sax players that add personality to the songs. In some traks, there are chorus that evoke the country. The jazz mixed with an african spice results in a happy music that lifts the spirit. This is a CD you wouldn't like to spend your like without listening to."
