"Do yourself a service- check the reviews surrounding mine. You will find glowing praise in posts using a spectrum of styles: punk, metal, techno, dance, etc. Pitchshifter is an ORIGINAL band using elements from all of these, with spectacular results!Whether you want a head-bobbing session of dance type techno (with authentic British flavor) or want to fuel a riotous metal moshpit likely to crack a house's foundations, try notching up the volume on "Genius" or "Please Sir."Listen to the samples! FEEL the intensity! Buy this CD and join the rest of us anticipating their new release out soon!Hearing a Pitchshifter song is like discovering a knob in your brain which controls your adrenaline, cranking it from 4 to 10, then breaking the case and twisting it up from 10 to OhgodI'mfoamingatthemouth insanity. Try the CD, you'll see!"

"WITH ALL THE HYPE SURROUNDING U.S. BANDS AT THE MOMENT, IT'S EASY TO OVERLOOK THIS OUTFIT FROM NOTTINGHAM ENGLAND. PITCHSHIFTER HAVE REALLY EXCELLED THEMSELVES HERE, IT IS A MUCH MORE ACCESSIBLE ALBUM THAN 'SUBMIT' 'INDUSTRIAL', 'DESENSITIZED' OR EVEN 'INFOTAINMENT' BUT LOSES NONE OF IT'S AGRESSION AND INTENSITY IN THE MIX. IF YOU NEVER HAVE THE PLEASURE OF SEEING THE MOST FANTASTIC LIVE SET ON THE PLANET, BUY THIS CD AND REVEL IN IT'S SHEER BRILLIANCE, YOU WON'T REGRET IT.BELIEVE ME THIS IS A TRUE ONE OFF!"

"im a huge fan of digital hardcore, you know, atari teenage riot, ec8or, f noise and their ilk, and ive owned this cd since way before i started listening to that stuff. i realized after listening to this again not long ago that pitchshifter, at their core, are a digital hardcore band (at least on THIS particular album, earlier records (before infotainment) are much more metal driven, and later albums are a little nu-metalish). viewed as a dhc album, this record is really really good and very diverse, and accessible to anyone unlike most dhc bands. its too bad pitchshifter were never involved in that scene because they could have gained quite a few new fans."

"Pitchshifter at its finest. They take the industrial sounds of their early cd's. and combine them with more electronics. Some standout tracks include Microwaved and Genius. This album is beter than their later efforts. If you have never heard pitchshifter start here."
