Simply Wonderful!

"These guys had a rhythm all of their own and every song on this cd is an easy favorite for anyone who likes Gospel, Du-Wop, or just tight vocal harmony. The acapella songs are especially soothing, while some of their later songs have a strong rhythm and blues feel appeal that make them almost immortal! Their version of "Close To Thee" is so smooth and jazzy one almost feels guilty enjoying gospel that much. The title track is a funny little cut that is just as appropriate today as it was 40 years ago. These brothers were at the top of their game. I'd give them six stars if I could!"

"6 Stars? Amen To That! I grew up listenening to these men, and went to several of their concerts. Any one of these songs are worthy in their arrangements, styling, artistry and musicianship. They had the rhythm on their fast songs, but still retained their trademark style of weaving in and out with their leads that makes you LISTEN! They softly but powerfully usher you into the spirit. Sheer pleasure for my father to get a gift of a new player and all of the CD's for his birthday! I THINK THEY SHOULD BE POSTHUMOUSLY INDUCTED INTO YHE MUSIC HALL OF FAME."

"These guys can sang. I'm told Lou Rawls was with this group at some point. I don't hear him on lead. But, that doesn't stop the Travelers from singing some of the most soulful gospel you will ever hear."
