CD Reviews

Couldn't get any better

"I'm a very picky person when it comes to music. I have never purchased a CD before and liked every song on it, but as they say there is a first for everything, and this CD was more than I could have asked for. I'm not even a huge fan of punk, but every song on this CD is ubelievably catchy. Hardcore, fast, and very witty, this CD offers everything a punk fan could ask for. With songs like Fight Til You Die and my personal favorite Society all on one CD I was more than willing to purchase it, and then listen to it for weeks without switching out any other CDs. Overall definite 5 out of 5 and recommended to anyone punk or not."

"Pennywise is one of those bands in punk that refuse to change in style and maitain for the most part to punk rock ethics. This album is probably their best and it's the best place to start because even though their songs are fast and aggressive , they are still very accesible because most of the songs have a catchy chorus and inciteful lyrics. At this point in PW history they already had their sound down and were moving forward. Best songs: "fight til you die", "society", "bro hym trib"."
