CD ReviewsI sure enjoyed this recording as a little boy. 07/07/1999 (5 out of 5 stars) "The characters seemed to come alive for me, as I listened as a young child to the recording on vinyl, played on my child's phonograph. I think I gained an appreciation for symphonic sound, as I listened so intently. I tried to play the old vinyl record recently, but it has (and the phonograph has) degraded significantly....I am glad to hear that it has been released on CD...I would like to share it with my own children."
