The improvisations are designed to ground your body, open and tune your mind, balance your emotions and soothe your spirit. The pure and ancient sound of the harp, sometimes called ?the ladder between earth and heaven?, is ideal for relaxation, meditation and integration. Each track is provided with a suggested meditation.

"As an artist, I frequently look for music to work by that's not too loud, over-stimulating or jarring. Music that lifts the spirit, inspires and encourages creativity. This harp music is magical, soothing and uplifting. I hit the jackpot here! After listening to many other CD's of a similar genre, Paul Baker's stands out among the rest. Great to relax to, yet I don't fall asleep; perfect for getting in and remaining in "the zone" to create. Highly recommended!"
