Weakest Passion album, but still good

"Although this album was excellent, it's probably the weakest of any album Passion has released. It has no flow to it at all (even between Salvation and Shout to the North, which are both sung by Charlie Hall, it seems like an abrupt change). There are 12 songs, plus a track called the Prelude (track 9) which moves into Holy Roar (it's the only track with any flow at all, and only because it was specifically made for the next track...). And, while I'm talking about the prelude, I'm sure it sounded great in the studio, but it didn't need to be on the CD. I would have preferred they add another one of the songs they were going to introduce at OneDay, such as Tomlin's Forever, which still has not been on a Passion album (they did sing it at OneDay). Of course, I don't know exactly when he finished that song. It's a great album in its own right, it was just frustrating because I felt like I was being tossed back and forth because of all the abrupt changed in pace and mood. The worship leaders (for those that like all the material of particular people) are: Charlie Hall (1,2,7), Chris Tomlin (3,6), Shelley Nirider (4,12), David Crowder (5), Christy Nockels (10), Steve Fee (8,26), and (finally) Matt Redman (11)."
Great album, but not best Passion CD

"Overall this is a strong album with studio versions of many songs found on other Passion CDs. I like the variety presented, but think it lacks some of the energy found on the other Passion CDs. Songs that stand out as the best on the album are "Make a Joyful Noise", "Kindness", "We are hungry", and Matt Redmon's version of "Did you feel the mountains tremble?". If you own and like other Passion CDs you will enjoy this one also. If you do not own any Passion CDs I recommend that you purchase "Passion: Better is One Day" first. Lastly, if you are new to Christian music, any of the Passion, or Revival Generation CDs can give you a glimpse of awesome current praise and worship music."
This CD will have you shouting PRAISES to the LORD!

"My husband and I recently rededicated our lives to Christ. This CD was one of our first purchases of Christian music, and we were not disappointed. We have not always shared the same taste in music, but both of us were uplifted and sang together in the car from the first listen of this CD. We played it daily for weeks. While all of the songs are great, two of our favorites are #5 "Make a Joyful Noise/I Will Not Be Silent" #11 "Did You Feel the Mountains Tremble." Some of the songs had a hint of the older U2 sound. If you like WOW2001/Delirious/Jars of Clay/Third Day/Jennifer Knapp, I believe you will really enjoy this CD as much as we have.It has been such a blessing to have the Lord in our lives and to be able to praise and worship him through song. I am so happy that there is so much diversity in Christian music today. So different than what was available when I was a teenager. Because of these changes, more souls are being reached. Praise the Lord and all of these wonderful singers/songwriters/artists that are not afraid to make a joyful noise and who refuse to be silent anymore!"
AWESOME!

"One of my main problems with Christian popular music is its lack of music depth no matter how powerful the message has been. The Road to One Day really knocked me off my feet. It truly is a powerful record both musically and spiritually."
This is my favorite worship CD!

"This CD has some stunning moments. Stand out songs include, "Salvation", "Did You Feel the Mountains Tremble?", "Jesus, Lover of My Soul" and "Break Our Hearts". There really is not a bad song on the CD. I also have the CD "Sacred Revolution" and think it is rather flat compared to this one.I love this disk. I absolutely recommend it! I will definitely be buying more Passion music!"
