CD ReviewsQuite a Variety 10/04/2001 (4 out of 5 stars) "This is a sit on your porch, drink a brew, stare at the stars kind of disc. There is a mixture of mellowness with a rat-a-tat on some tracks. "How Do You Do" should have been a pop single, "This Loving Thing" is slower with a nice twang, and "Touch" has a Cocteau Twins feel with harmonies and soft whispering voices. The instrumentals are short, but they make an impact on the ear leaving you watning a bit more. How unfortunate that there is not another disc of Dave Grohl and Louise Post singing together; they just sound so good together." Never Before Has A Musical Score Overshined Its Film weeniebeenie | Saint Paul, MN USA | 02/25/2000 (5 out of 5 stars) "This soundtrack drips with the lush talents of one David Grohl - front man for the Foo Fighters, former Nirvana and SCREAM member. Not only do David Grohl's swanky guitar tabs fit perfectly within the context of the film, but they have re-established what has long been acknowledge as obvious by all Foo fans... that David Grohl's talent and hard-work will continue to soar. This soundtrack works best on those really "bad juju" days when you feel like your head could spontaneously combust at any moment - it works even better within the comforts of one's own car."
