"I discovered this record the year it was released. Auger was a wonderful hamond organ player and Driscoll was a beautiful singer. I'm still in love with her today. (If you read this email me Julie I own a studio and want to record you! ) This was a defining moment in London pop music.....honest and standing the test of time. Good musical presence, excellent recording quality, first half of the song Brian Auger (listen to Black Cat) and the second half Julie vocals. Reminds me of super session with Al Kooper (the horns). This album DEFINES the swinging London sound of the 60's. Others in this 60's timeless vein include Love Forever Changes, Moby Grape (the first) and Buffalo Springfield (the first) and HP Lovecraft (the studio albums (Britonic Records CD# BRTACD00010)Enough of this... just listen and hear the peak of the Julie/Brian collaboration."

"THIS IS A FANTASTIC CD. IT HAS AN INFINITE HIPPY FEEL COUPLED WITH PAGAN UNDERTONES. IT HAS A REAL JAZZ FEEL AND YET IT IS UNPRETENSIOUS. I ORIGINALLY DISCOVERED THIS PIECE OF MUSIC AT A CAR BOOT SALE AND HAD TO BUY THE ORIGINAL.
FOR ANYONE WHO HAS SEEN THE MOVIE HAIRSPRAY, THE TRACK WITH THE MASHED POTATO DANCE FEEL IS DEFINATELY ON THERE, SEE IF YOU CAN SPOT IT.
I LIKE SEASON OF THE WITCH, WAY AHEAD OF ITS TIME IN TERMS OF THE CURRENT HORROR MOVIE MUSIC GENRE. WITH REFERENCE TO THIS CD, I HAVE ONLY ONE THING TO SAY, KEEP YOUR EARS OPEN!"
