"Rarely does one encounter an album as pastoral as Humour (Study and I). Most tracks consist of spatial combinations of acoustic guitar, piano, and electronic glitch-jams, which as a whole really showcase Ogurusu Norihide's gift for effectively synthesizing distinct musical textures. Though I wouldn't reccomend Humour to anyone who has a hard time appreciating extended repetition, any open-minded music fan who is looking to invest in something that is relaxing (to the point of being "background music"), organic, and original will likely be satisfied with the distant workings of Norihide."

"Mellow, cyclical instrumentals with layered acoustic guitars and some soft electronic plinks, throbs and bells. Great cohesive album of Sunday morning music."
