"For those fanatic R & B lovers like myself, I can personally say that this group's CD OBK-Now is a must for your collection. For a good comparision, if you have listened to the "Commitments" CD then you will love the soulful sounds of OBK.This album consists of 11 mostly brand new songs written by the likes of Sir Mack Rice (Mustang Sally, Respect Yourself and many others), Blue Miller (of the Gibson/Miller Band and Bob Seagar and Gladys Knight & the Pips), Dan Penn (who has written many platinum CD's and other writers who have the faith in OBK to go all the way to the top with their songs.Best of all, this CD grows on you each time you listen to it.
The various catchy phrases, the soulful thaughts behind the words and they way that this band performs a song. THEY ARE A GREAT GROUP as I have listened to their album and seen they perform live. I believe that this CD is a must for the true fans of R & B/Soul."

"I have never heard anything quite like this, I am 22 years old and have finally found some music from today that has something to it. The songs are extremely well written and these musicians are really top notch. I would have to say that my favorited thing about this band though is how tight the horn section is, I mean I haven't heard horns that tight since the golden age of soul.(heh heh)"

"I have listened to this CD. I think it one of the best on the market. The music is very tight and the group is on top of every song. The songs are basically rhythm and blues and have a good beat and feel. I would like to suggest that everyone pick up a copy of this CD and check it out."
