"Although some of its tracks sound dated today, "Emotionally Yours" was the album that brought The O'Jays back to the top of the charts. "Don't Let Me Down", the title track and some of the other ballads are truly vintage O'Jays. Despite its (few) flaws "Emotionally Yours" was one of 1991's best R&B CDs--and deservedly a Grammy winner."
