"'This is the one'.... you'll find yourself saying that upon hearing or seeing nearly everything stapleton is involved with. a sense of respect, a sense of humour, he knows what he's doing...this with the amazing gypsy Aranos on strings. The booklet is fantastically funny and surreal. the music haunting and contemplative, opposite in temper from lovecraft's 'the music of erich zhann' though similiar in sentiment. Track three could be the most otherworldy gushy pie you've ever eaten were it not for nww's other albums. The final minute or so on track five is somehow the most inpsired piece of music i've ever heard. absolutely insane and whimsical. i hope it was created by nww and not just manipulated though either way it stands as a perfect song. buy this album with "Revenge of the Selfish Shellfish", "Santoor Lena Bicycle", "Soliloquoy for Lilith", "Merzbild Schwett" and "Who Can I Turn To Stereo" not that the others aren't worth it, actually, buy all of them and listen as though you were watching a movie."
