"This album from the four young fella's called Northern Uproar deserves a bit more credit than it actually got. It was released at the time when Oasis were the band on everyones lips so the band were going to be in the shadow whatever they came out with. Basically this album is four young lads singing about good times, bad times, friendship and love. The vocals are not the greatest and the lyrics are not award winning but the songs are simple and very catchy with some really good riffs. A good bonus is James Dean Bradfield(Manics) is the producer and he also chips in with some backing vocals. All in all, a really good album to listen to"
