"I was turned on to North Sea Gas by a Scottish on-line chat friend who sent me a link to their site. On the strength of the samples, I ordered. Not the usual commercial pap. The songs have fire, steel, and beauty. The sound is compelling, the music stirring. I recommend them to anyone who isn't addicted to Heavy Metal. I was so impressed by just the samples that I ordered every disc they had available. I was not sorry. I was only sorry that I couldn't get every one that they have ever made."

"I first heard North Sea Gas(Trio they were called then) in 1979 in the Grass Market in Edinburgh. They were great to listen to then and this CD gives you a good idea why. I defy you to get through the first two songs without some serious foot tapping."
