CD ReviewsPlay it loud Mutha! 09/03/1999 (5 out of 5 stars) "Norwegian Thrashers Ed Damnator and Destroyer are back! This time the lineup has been completed with drummer Tex Terror and Lead guitarist I. Mastor. And I got to tell you, this is good stuff! It sounds like it was recorded back in the Eighties, and in the mind of these guys, it probably was too! Just listen to the cover version of TS's "Under the blade" It's as metal as it gets! On the debut they covered Death's "Evil Dead" and on the "Triumph of the Blasphemer" Ep. you can here an obscure version of W.a.s.p's "Still alive" They sure can do coversongs, but they can sure the hell make own material as well. Take "Warhorse" for instance, The massive chorus line hitting you straight in the guts. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaar Hoooooooooooooorse! And not at least the title cut, it's a classic! I've been singing it in the shower for the last two weeks! I think I can see some kind of consept now, after listening to the material they have shared with us so far, so if you haven't bought their albums yet, buy 'em now! Metal is back to stay! As Breed says it: "Stay Evil, Think war, feel hate and live your life fighting" Humour is very important to these guys, but when it somes to making music, this is serious metal! Buy or Die!"
