Album Description
Digitally remastered edition of this 1981 album from the Van Der Graaf Generator member. Nic joined VDGG in 1969 and recorded the album The Least We Can Do Is Wave To Each Other and recorded part of the next album H To He, Who Am The Only One before leaving. He was however to return to the band later in the seventies and played on two more albums from the band, the studio album The Quiet Zone/The Pleasure Dome and the live album Vital before the band split. The Long Hello Volume II was recorded at various sessions mainly at Guy Evans' home throughout 1980. The album was the follow up to the first volume of The Long Hello which had been released some six years previously and featured various members of Van Der Graaf Generator. Volume II featured just Potter and Guy Evans. Voiceprint. 2009.
