"A strong taste of dark eyeliner electronica, dancefloor indie rock and unabashed pop." - POPMATTERS When a guitarist departed from a recording session originally intended for the band Camden, the other members were forced to try other ways of producing their music. The New Sense's self-titled debut EP, recorded by guitarist Kristian Riley, exhibits a band ready to burst! Along with Riley, DJ Brooks (ex-Citizen King), Ryan Weber, William Seidel (ex-Camden, Decibully) and Nolan Treolo (Paris, Texas) make up the Milwaukee dance-pop outfit. Their latest effort, Flowers Before Hours, is a step in a slightly different direction. With the addition of a live drummer and a different approach to writing music, the EP exhibits a tighter feel overall.
