Robert Woodrich | Windsor, ON | 12/10/2002 (4 out of 5 stars) "I happened to be searching through the local HMV the other day when I realized a new New Order CD. "How bizarre", I thought to myself, "Did they not just release 'Here To Stay' and 'Get Ready'? They're awfully busy after an 8 year hiatus." Well, one look at the tracklisting and I realized what was happening; I had before me ANOTHER Best Of: album from New Order. But get this; It's not even as complete as the original 'Best Of:'! Likewise, the original 'Best Of:' was not as good as 'Substance'! 'International' is basically a re-packaging of the first 'Best Of:', but it has their latest 3 singles added to it ('Crystal' being the only one worth owning). This compilation still deserves a high rating seeing as it's still so good, but I ask "Why?". I suggest you go out and buy 'Substance' and 'Get Ready', and you'll have all the New Order you need."
