CD ReviewsNeurotic Outsiders are neurotic A. S. White | Eatontown, NJ United States | 02/24/2009 (5 out of 5 stars) "One of the top 5 best albums of all time! IT has individaul songs by such greats as Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols and JOhn Taylor of Duran Duran. now I am not a big fan of Duran Duran but John Taylor song about losing his Dad is incredibly touching...Steve Jones penned a song called "union" which is absolutely amazing in terms of his delivery, and writing. It has such depth and longing. Anyone whose been lonely needs to check out this CD specifically for this song...MUST BUY!!" Time is on Their Side, Yes it is Mr. Richard D. Coreno | Berea, Ohio USA | 04/06/2009 (4 out of 5 stars) "What started as jam sessions amongst friends at the Viper Room in Hollywood became this September 1996 album and tour of Europe and North America, with brief "reunions" in 1999 and 2006. Produced by Jerry Harrison, the 12 tracks (nearly 45 minutes) are driving rock that are paced by the guitars of Steve Jones and Duff McKagan. The rhythm section of Matt Sorum (d) and John Taylor (b) is rock solid. The "supergroup" delivers an excellent cover of a classic song from The Clash - Janie Jones - while covering the travails of the legendary Sex Pistols in Union, with Angelina and Good News capturing familiar themes from the late-night Los Angeles club scene. With legendary groups like the Sex Pistols, Duran Duran, Guns N' Roses and The Cult on their collective resumes, these outsiders were on the inside of some incredible times in pop culture. And each proves that time remains on their side. " GN'R + Sex Pistols! LuDurigan | São Paulo, Brazil | 06/26/2009 (4 out of 5 stars) "This is a very good album. Listen to "Jerk" on Youtube and you know what I'm talking about. Steve Jones is such a great songwriter, like Dee Dee Ramone. You can listen to the whole album and don't need to skip tracks. Enough said."
