The album, as all her albums, is written and co-produced by her in collaboration with top writers and producers, as well as young new talent she believes in. "I got this yesterday and I'm hooked. It's beautiful all over. There are some fillers here and there that are forgettable, but the good songs in this album wraps your heart around. "Como lluvia" with musical genius Juan Luis Guerra is breathtaking. "Silencio" with Josh Groban is equally enthralling. And of course "Manos al aire" is also a very good song. It's a great album. I haven't bought music in a long time, and I did this time because the people she collaborated with are of immense quality. For those who say that comment on her weak voice, I partially agree, but really all you need is someone who stays in keys and delivers an emotional connection through the songs. Her voice seems to sound a bit more nasal because it's an acoustically driven album instead of the big boom-pow of her previous productions. Overall, I think the Latin community will really like this. Bravo Nelly!"
Her plan never fails!

"From hip hop to folk to Latin music and everything in between, Nelly excels at everything she does and never loses her passion and drive. This album is filled with amazing Spanish lyrics and incredible pop production with a latin twist. It's accessible, catchy and very easy listening. No matter what direction she chooses to go with her music, her plan never fails! Looking forward to whatever comes next from Nelly!"
Nelly's best!

"I was a lukewarm Nelly Fan during her I'm Like a Bird and Folklore era, but when I bought Loose I was hooked. It was a fun album yet with some sad moments that really made you feel the words and the music. Overall an excellent pop album. This album is sooo good and coherent-the stories the songs tell are all interrelated, I love the guest stars and I really like this overall from track 1 to 12! If you're expecting Loose 2 in Spanish its not but what it is-is good! I'm glad she decided to do something different and not just give us a loose 2!"
Love this album!

"Nelly has done it again! If you're a true fan, you follow your singers when they venture into something new. If you're not big on spanish songs, then this is not the album for you. If you're up for new things, then check it out! I love it!"
Can't go wrong with Nelly

"I always knew that I was a Nelly Furtado fan, but this album really proves it. Each of her first three albums was really different, and I liked them all. When I heard her next album would be in Spanish, I was a little disappointed because I don't speak Spanish. Turns it that's not particularly relevant.
I pretty much like every song on this CD. My favorites are "Vacacion," which is a fun, upbeat song, and "Como Lluvia," which is a mid-tempo song with a beautiful melody. "Manos al Aire" is also excellent, as are "Mi Plan" and "Suficiente Tiempo." Those are probably my top 5, though all the others are good, including "Silencio," and I don't really like Josh Groban at all.
The fact is, Nelly Furtado makes good music that lifts your spirits. She writes and sings from the heart, and that always comes through in her songs. I went to one of her concerts a few years ago, and the same can be said about her performances. I find it hard to believe that she could make music that I wouldn't like. I hope that continues to be the case.
If you like Nelly Furtado but are apprehensive about this album because it's in Spanish, don't worry. You'll still like this album. I'm convinced. Music is music."
