It is a compilation of what some reviewer THINKS were influential songs to Mr. Young and they are performed here by the other artists, not by Neil. This record was NOT authorized by Neil Young and it states this on the case. Too bad I found that out after I had ordered it. I am very disappointed with this album and would not recommend it to anyone!!"
