"Recorded in clear digital sound, this is one of my favorite background soundscapes. The sparkling mountain stream is continually refreshing and I love the sounds of nature (a variety of delightful chirping birds) that add interest to the overall effects. I sometimes play it on repeat or alternate it with the Relaxing Rain Ambience. I use them for company when I'm not in the mood for music, because they're entirely neutral soundwise... The Relaxing Seaside is third on my list because its ocean sounds are a little more agitated than I would like, but still good, with the first two ambient recordings I mentioned being favorites. I have yet to get tired of them. It's funny how listening to the sound of a heavy rain on a hot summer day seems to cool me off!"

"I have a problem sleeping and this is the best thing I have found. Nothing is as calming and relaxing as a stream. I sleep straight through. I also use it to unwind after work. Great!"
