CD ReviewsBest selection album taka(Japanese | Tokyo, Japan | 12/01/2004 (4 out of 5 stars) "This album is Nanase's about 5 year career best released at 1999. She have a little hard image though she is very cute looking off course in Japan. For instance, the good example is her gold hair, the character that she do not forgive vague things, and the hard face looking that she shows sometime and so on. Off course they are included great means too, that is to say, she have the different charms of cute and hard. In Japan, such girl is called "Koakuma", the phraze means "little devil". Off course that is positive mean, that is, the girl that have Koakuma charm have the charm that attracts both men and women. If I review about her songs, some of the songs is poweful same as her character or looking too. The top song of this cd "yumemiru syoujojairarenai" is her debut single as a singer. But that is very poweful song. By the song, she got the populality in Japan though her debut single. "yumemiru-" means "everybody can not be a forever dreaming girl". Really, the song title matches to her hard image. My the most favorite song is "koigokoro". That song title means "love emotion". Thouth the song is like ballade song, but at same time, I felt a little rockizm in the song. That is mysterious charm that I felt both style. Off course the melodies of the song is very beautiful too. I can say same things about "nostalgia" too. Thank you reading my poor English." Aikawa Nanase - J-Pop Spectacular Lishy | Michigan, United States | 06/12/2000 (5 out of 5 stars) "Having listened to this CD often, I found that it's an excellent example of J-Pop, or Japanese Pop. Some of the songs are slow and moody, while others are fast and fun. Slightly less than half the songs are usable as dance/hiphop music, while the others vary from person to person as to preference."
