"I really enjoy all the ABT music therapy disks. The music is selected based on the number of beats per minute and our bodies fall into sync with that beat. Ideally this will result in Motivation (your own motivation). I put this on while working and don't really realize that the music is on, so I'm not really listening to it. But when I play the music, I seem to stay on-task better and seem to be motivated to complete the project. I have many of the ABT disks and love them all. The Relaxation disk is wonderful to help fall asleep."
