"It's great to have access to these techniques at home. It was not long ago that you had to travel far to an ashram or retreat to experience this type of practice.
I found the instructor easy to follow and she made it easy to go deep into the practice and become very relaxed. After the first listen I was able to fall asleep and have a very restful night. I recommend trying this CD if you are like me and have difficulty quieting your mind to fall asleep at night."

"Great, clear and easy to follow instruction. I first heard and tried Yoga Nidra while I was in Yoga class and I passed out cold. It was a wonderful and deep sleep, but too short!
This recording if fantastic, and I can do it at home. Im always looking for things to help me unwind and relax in the evening, its diffucult to fall asleep sometimes.
The breathing exercise is a real bonus- very efective and relaxes me right away.
