CD Reviews

Haven't Heard It? BUY IT!

"This is a very, very good CD. I bought it because I read a review about it, but I had not heard anything from off of the album. The review was right! Mundy has produced an engaging, creative, and compelling album with "Jelly Legs." This guy has loads of talent, and I hope to hear more from him. Many of the tracks here are exquisitely crafted, with excellent songwriting, infectious melodies, and intriguing musical sounds. Among my very favorites are "Song for My Darling," "Pardon Me," "Gin & Tonic Sky," "To You I Bestow," "The Stone," and "Arrow of Gold." All of those are great, great tunes. The songs on the disc range from hard rockers to soft introspective ballads. Acoustic guitar is laced throughout the album, even in the harder driving pieces. I have been trying to think of a band/artist with comparable sound... The only band that comes to mind is Oasis, but I have not heard enough of Oasis to speak definitively on that comparison. Nevertheless, I have been delighted with my purchase of "Jelly Legs." I recommend it!"

"this album is awesome. ever since i heard mundy sing "to you i bestow" for romeo and juliet, i have been a fan, and i finally got a chance to get his debut. And I was amazed by his voice and his magnificant acoustic guitar playing. The best songs on the cd are "Pardon Me", "To You I Bestow", and "Springstown" for sure. Buy this cd. you will not be dissappointed."
