"Generation Swine is one of the most underrated albums ever made and obviously one the Crüe fans do not accept that well but to me is just so close to Dr Feelgood and maybe at the same level as Girls or Shout
Yes a lot of people trash it as hell but lets be honest is an excellent album proving the evolution of the Crüe members and maybe that is why people trash it, but man motley is about taking risks, giving a damn about others opinion and with the Swine album they prove just that, because they mix a lot of sound & rhythms and the result was a fantastic album which was capable of keeping the Crüe essence, whether you like it or not. Is it the best way to start listening to the Crüe maybe not but is by far one of the three best albums they ever made
And among everything if we remember all the fun this album surrounded and obviously Pamela in her Generation Swine t-shirt Man Tommy is so lucky¡¡¡
The best songs in this album would be Generation Swine, Rat like me, Find Myself, Glitter & Afraid; with this album Mötley proves once again their not afraid of anything or anyone, and why is that because they always succeed¡¡¡
Motley Crüe shows the world they are hungry and ready to proclaim their place in rock history and with albums as good as Generation Swine they well deserve it

My Favorite Crue Album!

"Generation Swine in my opinion is one of The Crue's Greatest Albums! It was released in 1997 and i must admit i was hooked from the opening track "Find Myself",it sounded so heavy and punkish but yet still very Crue. It's too bad they didnt release more singles off this album because if people would have opened their minds a bit they would have seen how Amazing this is! "Flush" is brilliantly dark and the Title Track "Generation Swine" has a bad ass drum beat courtesy of the Greatest Drummer of all time Mr TOMMY LEE! "Confessions" is a great ballad-esqu track as is "Glitter" which has HIT written all over it. "Anybody out There" and "Let Us Prey" are Heavy to the core and very Motley. Nikki sings the track "Rocketship" and all its beauty. Tommy penned and sings "Brandon" about his son which is another beautifully arranged track. And another great cut is "A Rat Like Me" which is snotty Crue to the fullest. I was so obsessed with this Album i ended up getting the Swine Pig on my arm to show my True Crue Devotion and had it signed by Tommy when i met him for the 2nd time on the Methods Tour. Bottom line give this one more listen its a Brilliant Album!!!
JOIN THE GENERATION"
