"This is Mortician's most recent album, and with a drummer, rather then a machine. It has all their greatest songs on it, redone and remastered. Mortician is a band that focuses on staying heavier then the soul can imagine or bear. Even the vocals sound as though they were thundered through a bass guitar. You CANNOT get a heavier tone then what Mortician accomplishes. Yes, they are difficult to understand, and if you like more to your music then just heavy concentrated bass, then this isn't for you, but if you, like me, are a fan of the Black Dahlia Murder, Bloodbath, Arch Enemy, Nile, Morbid Angel, Skinless, and of the sort, as in you like a wide expanse of the death out there, no one else sounds like Mortician, this is a nice add to your collection when you just want to rip te f*ck outta something. They also have disturbing intros about people suffering n dying n such. A downside of Mortician though, is yes, most of their songs are pretty short, but this cd is long enough to makeup for it, and if you like a song, just play it on loop.
