CD ReviewsMorgoth's Cursed beauty torquemada | beirut, lebanon | 09/12/2003 (5 out of 5 stars) "my favorite morgoth cd and one of the best death releases ever. this is now pretty difficult to find but trust me, it's well worth the search; 9 tracks of darksome, fearful, horrific (you name it !) evil. alternating slow paced heaviness (a la obituary) with the usual death blasting fury this album offers a surprising variety for a musical genre that has now lapsed into total stupidity and childishness (any cannibal corpse/napalm death fans here???). this is what death metal should sound like and gosh what an awesome production! the drumming present on this album is unique, while the vocals are morgoth's best (especially on 'opportunity is gone') where the vox become completely lifeless and scorch your soul mercilessly. "Cursed" is just as good as "cause of death", "blessed are the sick" and "onwards to golgotha"."
