"I LOVE Montell Jordan. I love him as much as I love Dave Hollister. Montell is not getting his props at all, and it's a shame. I was very upset when his 5th album was not released in the US. Life after def Montell lets his fans know he is not going anywhere, and he will keep doing his thing. I enjoy the following cuts the most:
2. Aight
4. I'm going crazy
6. Bottom Line
7. What if I never
8. crushin
9. Make up sex
12. Questions
13. YesI Love how Montell always throw in that Gospel song at the end of his albums. If you purshase this album, you won't regret it!!! Go and buy this one!!!"

"Montell was one of the opening acts at a Jagged Edge concert and personally I believe that he performed better than JE. Montell sang songs from his new CD (Life After DEF), and I immediatly fell in love with the CD and had to go purchase it... I especially liked "Bottom Line". This is an EXCELLENT cd. Yall need to support my boy and go out and buy the CD... NOT BURN IT!!!!!!!!"

"I've been a Montell Jordan fan since he debuted with "This Is How We Do It". He latest CD "Life After Def" is just as good as his previous work. With each CD Montell continues to shows his growth as an artist. When I first heard the single "Supa Star" I had to get "Life After Def" - I'm not disappointed. I like every track with the exception of the bonus "We Ride Dem Thangs". Along with the first single, some of my favorites include "Aight" (flirty club song), "Questions" (explanation of what's happened in his life), "What If I Never" (romance), and "Yes" featuring Tonex (inspiration). For R & B fans, this CD has a good balance of high energy and slow jams."
