(4 out of 5 stars)

"The only way to get music by this band is on Amazon Jp. This album is phenominal. I've heard all 3 of this band's albums and this one is the best by far. What to expect, well it's very japanese, it's very melodic, and it's very Zappa influenced. It's also very influenced by traditional japanese music which is a very great thing, it completely reaks of the culture. If you've ever heard the music from the videogame Katamari Damacy, some of that stuff is similar to Mong Hang.

Bi - Starts with kettle drums and some broken english, and then explodes ( really explodes ) into an extremely loud ( and slightly distorted ) triumphant xylophone melody. Great opening to the album.

Bog Ele Bechio - Goes back and forth between loud quirky punk, to beautiful quiet japanese melodies. A great track

Mesopotamia - One of my favorites. It rocks very hard and is melodic at the same time. A great balance and very japanese sounding

Orange Seximo - Not a favorite of mine, but decent. Very speedy and distorted, but revisits the melody from Bi towards the middle, but sounds like it's on a music box.

Fingers - Another loud speedy track. It rocks but it's not my one of my faves.

Mangcha - A great bouncing semi/melodic rock track. Sounds very Zappa influenced. Makes me think of food when I hear it.

Mountains - A great darker sounding mellow track. It's a two part song and it's the longest one on the album. It's very big sounding.

Sap Alan On The Tellial - My favorite on the whole album. Ultra melodic beautiful Japanese blues track. Super catchy too, you'll be singing it all day.

Gommos - Another favorite of mine, the melodic choral closer to the album. Starts with a chorus of singers and a throat singer, and then goes to a very japanese traditional melody that reminds me of the sea for some reason."
