No "Lady (Hear Me Tonight)" but close.................

"This is the follow-up to one of the greatest songs of last year and I have to say its close but no "Lady (Hear Me Tonight)". The song does have the same retro-disco sound but the music nor the lyrics are as catchy. But I still love the song. Here is the run-down of the American maxi-single released 01/05/01:1 Chillin' (Extended Mix) (5:07) - Just an extended version of the radio edit2 Chillin' (Con Carne Por Favor Mix) (5:53) - This is a remix done by none other than Daft Punk; doesn't stray too much from the original version but has a few twists in it3 Chillin' (Modjo Dyrt Mix) (7:39) - Remix done by Modjo themselves and is a bit slower and longer than the original4 Chillin (Live Version) (6:16) - This song was recorded to show they could play live; it was recorded from the German dance awards and sounds a bit jazzy5 Chillin' (Music Video) (3:48) - What can I say here.....its the music video for "Chillin'"; it takes place in a bowling alley and is quite funnyOverall, this song is quite good. But I do admit I play "Lady" a lot more than this song. I heard their debut album comes out in September and I will definitely buy it when it does!! Well I hope this review helped!!"

"I like "Chillin'" because it is different than "Lady (Hear Me Tonight" and nobody likes artist that make similar songs. This single has the video for "Chillin'" on it which I must say is ten times better than the video for "Lady". The remixes of "Chillin'" are pretty hot too.Track Listing:1.) Chillin' (Original Extended) (5:07) = This in the original version of "Chillin'" except its extended. This is the version that take's you back to your Disco Days.2.) Chillin' (Chillin' Con Carne) (5:53) = This remix is pretty hot and still had some disco flavor yet it has more modern day dance sounds to it. 3.) Chillin' (Modjo Dyrt Mix) (7:39) = This is by far my favorite version of the song and it sounds much better than the original, in fact this remix is an original in its own.4.) Chillin' (Live) (6:16) = This sounds more smooth than any of the other mixes or the original version, it sound more jazz if anything. I think they are better off sticking with remixes than acoutic and live performances.5.) Enhanced: This has the hot video for Chillin' which is hot and goes great with the song.The Modjo keeps getting stronger and stronger, I can't wait till their next hit. For now check out this one and Chill out with "Chillin'"!!"
