"For whatever reason, "What He Say" is renamed for this re-sequenced import version. Of course, the album title is changed, too, probably to sell more units in Europe on the strength of the club popularity of the single "Work For Love". I don't recommend this version of the album, mainly because the sequence of the songs doesn't flow as well, and there is slight crossfading between a few of the tracks. A great synthpop album that need not be compared to later Ministry releases."
