Missed it the first time around, but making up for lost time

"Quite an album that this duo from Munich have put together. For the most part, it's atmospheric ambient with low-key beats. But it's also full of wonderful surprises. Rather than simply making multiple trips to the same well, Millenia Nova have assembled a pleasantly different take on ambient music, while retaining the required atmosphere, dreaminess, and dedication to textured soundscapes.
Although most highly recommended to fans of the genre who have eclectic taste themselves, this album is in itself a musical progression of styles, from the slightly new-agey, dreamy opening track to the latter-day Chad & Jeremy stylings of the closing song.
It's fascinating stuff, and any 'ambient head' who has yet to hear this would do well do track down a copy-- readily available used online. It's difficult to compare this album to other prominent ambient artists-- instead, Sightseeing plays as a sort of what-if collection. As in, what if this or that popularized style of ambient techno sounded a little more sophisticated, and a little more smart.
Rather strongly recommended."

"If you like atmospheric chillout music (like the slower tracks in the cafe del Mar collections) this CD rules! I had the track "I'm Dead" on another compilation and loved it so much I thought I'd check out the whole album. This is already one of my favorite CDs."

"This is a great album. The songs are beautiful. For the best example of this album, try prelude au porno."
